A small job for Ausline, made all that much easier for the simple fact that this business was no hard sell. The strengths were evident right from the start, and owner Josh’s enthusiasm was infectious.

One quick briefing and I was away, crafting SEO optimised copy that would target Ausline’s growing list of prospects in the residential, commercial and industrial space.

The chief aim was to make sure Ausline spoke to the diverse needs and interests of each of their audiences. Think about what a construction manager in charge of delivering a new hospital might need versus a residential homebuilder…

Equally important was matching the tone of voice to Ausline’s vision for the business and their beautiful new branding and website, devised by Kiss the Sky.

I wanted Ausline to sound as slick as they looked but I didn’t want them to come across as cocky or full of empty motherhood statements. The first draft was a bit too over the top for Josh, who’s clearly a modest soul, but in the end, we struck a happy balance.

I’d say good luck to Ausline, but they won’t need it.
